They are a professional bait and switch, We hired them to install our wood flooring, tile bathroom, and carpet, They quoted us a price that was higher then others but we decided to use them as they have good reviews, we are also on a tight timeline and they were ready to start when we needed it, they did the wood floors then pushed us back a week for the tile, before finally saying that they won’t do it because they miss priced it, at that point we were desperate so we offered 25% more then the agreed to price and he said okay then came back and said I need 50% more and we can start the next day. We said okay. he has a team come does most of the work tells us we need to pay them and then for the last part he will complete himself so we paid what they asked which is about 80 percent of the price for like 70 percent of the work, and then he ghosted us dosent pickup the phone dosent respond. He gave us his word and wrote to us that we can rely on him and that he would complete this job and that he is an honest person. I hope this helps
