This is a company that is focused on providing exceptional service. On several occasions our freezer went down over a weekend. Mr. Waller and his staff troubleshot the system over the phone to diagnose the mechanical failure. Making a trip to my shop in Tarpon Springs, FL on a Saturday evening was not an issue for his company. This vendor saved my product from thawing out twice last year. Bill and his staff are knowledgeable, polite, friendly, personable and offer affordable pricing. Deciding to hire Parrot Bay Mechanical to service our walk-in freezers, refrigerators, and various Ice machines has been a blessing. I don't hand out complements freely however this is a company I tell everyone I know to try just one time. Once you do, you will likely come to the same conclusion I did and hire them as your refrigeration servicing company. I rely on Bill Waller and his company to maintain our temperatures and frozen products year round. Parrot Bay Mechanical has not let me down one time. Prior to finding them that was not the case.
