Eloy is not a good person. When he didn’t give me directions on how to maintain my pool after his service, he hired another pool contractor to do extra work and added extra charges. When I disputed those charges, he sent texts that said he hoped my wife cheated on me. What kind of crazy person actually says that? I paid him the money he didn’t deserve.
