Dolphin Pools & Spas, based out of Thomaston, is a pool and spa specialist that provides services such as spa wiring, swimming pool construction, hot tub installation and other services. In April 2005, they finished a swimming pool project using a permit received from Town of West Hartford; in November 2004, a property owner contracted them for a swimming pool project using a permit acquired from the same office. Dolphin Pools & Spas is accredited by the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection.
