This winter we had to replace our furnace as the heat exchange cracked. We got bids from several companies, one in Indy, one in Seymour and Smiths Heating & Cooling. In both cases Smith's price was more than 1/2 the first 2 bids and we actually purchased better equipment. They arrived and completed the work timely and to date we have no complaints regarding their service.
