Expert Appliance Repair

My first appointment the service tech was a little rude and condescending. He also seemed to lack the necessary knowledge to properly troubleshoot the issues with my refrigerator and spent a lot of time looking through my users guide. When I finally got a return appointment so he could replace some parts he guessed might be bad I took an entire morning off from my very busy schedule. Around 9:00 am on the morning of my appointment I got a call from someone telling me there was no way anyone could be at my home until after 1:00 pm. I told her I took the morning off and had a very important meeting with a client @ 1:00 pm. She got rude and tried to tell me our appointment was 11:00 to 1:00 and what would I do if they showed up at 1:00. This was a lie because our appointment was "morning" with no specific time. That is why I made an appointment at 1:00 pm. I told her she did not tell me 11:00 to 1:00 you just said morning and she became agitated and told me "Well you just need to get yourself another service provider" and hung the phone up on me. Icalled Kitchenaid and filed a complaint. I now have an appointment with Fields Appliance Repair. I checked them out. They appear to be much more reputable.
