Founded in 2005 and based in Vancouver, Leak Seal Roofing is a roofing company and offers roof replacement and new roof construction. Leak Seal can trace it's roots to the 1960's when they started their commercial roofing business. The founders wife is still the bookkeeper. The founders son is one of the owners. Leak Seal Roofing offers RESIDENTIAL solutions that have 50 year non-prorated warranties. They also offer FOUR different METAL options and FLAT roofing. From the most practical to the most elaborate, from tearing off shake or tile to recovering your 3tab, Leak Seal does it. Because we have commercial roof buyers looking at our record, we can't afford a residential mistake. Because we believe honesty drives business, we do not play sales games or gouge. Leak Seal Roofing offers a COMMERCIAL solution to the expensive re-roof. In most cases, our Glass-Shield System does not require tearing off the old roof saving time, money and inconvenience.

We were extremely happy with the company. They were prompt and got the work done as scheduled, they respectfully worked on our property, they cleaned up well after they were done, and were fairly priced. The end result was a very well laid roof.

Our new roof looks great and is definitely quality work. Took a couple days longer than I would've anticipated but with a crew of only three guys working long and hard hours vs a crew of 8 guys working quick and dirty, I appreciated their attention to detail and quality and carefulness of the work done. Would highly recommend!
