Reddell Construction and Septic

Jeff has HORRIBLE customer service! Very short with us. KNEW we needed a new pump and failed to inform us when he came out for a service call. A service call that consisted of pulling the pump out hitting it a couple times until it came on and out it back in. 30 minutes later the pump stopped working again. Reddell also failed to inform us that the sludge(that they checked a couple weeks prior) needed to be pumped. That is what caused the pump to go out. Long story short we called another service provider to come out and fix it the RIGHT way. I WILL NEVER recommend Reddell to ANYONE!
