Elaine Bruckner Abel, founder of Abel Property Management, has 15 years of experience in commercial and residential construction. elaine1.jpgAs a Code Enforcement Officer in the State of Connecticut for nine years, she sharpened her instinct for doing things right, as well as her ability to deal with people at all levels of the construction process. Next, she moved into commercial construction, scheduling large structural projects. Most recently, she has been project manager for a builder of residential properties on the coast of Maine. Through her work with contractors, subcontractors, specialized craftsmen and local tradespeople, Elaine saw the need for a qualified person who could oversee every aspect of the construction project and assure the homeowner that work is being performed in a professional, timely and cost-efficient manner.
