Destroyed the electrical on my inground pool with the excavator and instead of fixing and finishing the job, he and the guy that contracted him took my $17k and ran. Within a few months of installation of my patio (on the other side of the pool from the electrical issue) the patio sank. While he "claims" he guarantees his work, it's all lies. He never came back and both he and the contractor know it will cost more money to sue than it would be for me to pay someone else to finish the job they completely left unfinished.
