National/American Water Management is a turn-key water management company. We have established ourselves as a premier new construction foundation waterproofing contractor having installed many types of waterproofing systems on over 80,000 foundations in the New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland building market. We also are experts at investigating, diagnosing, and fixing chronic water infiltration issues on or around existing basements. We work directly with homeowners and are the contractor's contractor when dealing with difficult basement issues. We battle water on a daily basis but embrace rainwater as we continue to install residential, commercial and municipal rainwater harvesting systems. Rainwater is viewed as a nuisance; we turn rainwater collection into an asset as worldwide water demand for clean water exceeds supply. One inch of rain yields over 600 gallons of water per 1,000 sq. ft roof. Our stormwater management techniques direct stormwater below grade to recharge groundwater and to correct on grade water issues.
