Tom reached out to me from a post on Facebook where I was in search of pest control for my new house. His response was very inviting and stood out among everyone else who responded. His approach was wonderful. When I emailed him his response was wonderful. He posses wonderful people skills and above average customer service. His process was very simple and straight forward. No hidden agendas or fees. His word is definitely his bond. He came out like he said he would and sprayed my yard and my house. My girlfriend was home at the time and she was so amazed at his customer service and service with spraying the yard and house. We have not seen a bug in site in the house or the yard. I would highly recommend using Tom for your pest control needs. I have already referred two co-workers/friends to use his services for their house/yard.
