I wrote a review,, but before I could send it, it went off my screen so I don;t know if it was received. In any case I had the most pleasant experience with Marcums. Mike was prompt in arriving (within 24 hours of my calling in for service!). He not only fixed the toilet, but completely washed the bathroom floor when finished and even replaced an overhead bulb that had just gone out. Very, Very satisfied...will definitely refer!
