​ Heritage was quick to come and issue a quote, and quick to perform the work. However, if you ever have an issue and need to follow up good luck on getting them to return. James went from answering my calls and promising to come back to completely dodging me. I tried for months to get anyone and was completely ignored. (How can you have four phone numbers for a business and not reach anyone!!!) If you need a new roof or repair call another company!

Friendly up front, and a quick contract. From there a delayed start (no big deal) but then no shows and no responses. They backed out by never showing up and left us hanging 2 months. They've still never responded. Now we've had to scramble to get exterior work done before Winter. If they needed to cancel, fine but they should have communicated.
