I needed a new roof ... not just re-shingled! ... Replace all the plywood and complete re design the roof ventilation system. So I was very careful in interviewing possible contractors for the roof reconstruction. Of estimates I received, Terry spent the most time getting the details right and putting in the extra effort in addressing the job requirements and my concerns. I also liked the fact that I was talking to the Boss, the owner / builder, not a corporate salesman who might be more interested in his commission than my roof. Terry's crew was on the job early, professional and polite. As promised Terry was there every day checking with his foreman to insure everything was going as planned. The job was completed on time, as promised in spite of a couple of additions and changes I made as the job progressed! The crew cleaned up the property inside and out and the roof looks great! An Excellent Job! I already have a estimate from Terry for new siding and replacement windows. I look forward to working with Terry and the DryTech crew again.
