The GFI is crooked, but that is minor. The caulk seems not to be flush with the surface of box, but that is minor. The problem is that Brian Dawkins and Jerad Birindelli told us that the work would take a team of 2 guys a day to do the work. Based on that amount of time (16 man hours) I felt the estimate was a bit high, but decided to trust them. Big Mistake. All the work was completed in less than three hours and when I expressed my shock, Brian said he would go back and adjust the fee and send me a new invoice. Never happened. I emailed when the same fee hit my email and asked for Brian to adjust the invoice as he promised. Never replied. Called twice and left messages asking Brian to call. Never replied. You can't believe what they say. My neighbor also told me that they charged her over $160 for a job that took less than 15 minutes. These guys are not to be trusted to give a fair price or honor their word.
