Scott Gremillion is an extremely polite and affable guy. He appears to be over extended however with work and personal life events. He works and tries hard to please. The repairs to the front porch on vintage 1890 house may have been overreach for him. Although small it is extremely busy with "gingerbread" and quirky features. I think for general and rough carpentry he is more than adequate. More complicated finish carpentry may be beyond his skill set at this time.
