We had a our entire house painted – ceiling, trim, walls, as well as the kitchen and laundry room cabinets and the living room built-ins. Estimated time for completion was 2-2.5 weeks. The quote process and details provided about the entire process of what would take place was very thorough. I appreciated the step-by-step walk thru that they provide as well as the hand off to the crew leader. Having a crew leader made you feel very in the loop on the status of the project. Unfortunately for us during our project our crew leader had a family emergency so we were left without a crew leader. I feel like we should have been given another crew leader to help direct the crew to completion. Without the crew leader it seems everything fell apart. We were not given any direction on point of contact, what steps were left, how the walk thru process would take place etc. We also found that our cabinets had been poorly painted so on top of not having a crew leader we also had to have ALL the cabinets redone. I will say they didn’t hesitate on redoing them but it was frustrating that the errors on them were not caught earlier on in the process. They do an amazing job covering EVERYTHING from top to bottom at the beginning of the project. But, in our situation all the protection was taken down too soon so there was no protection in the house when they redid the cabinets. Our floors were covered in dust, some paint etc. Two and a half additional weeks (beyond the original estimated time) later our cabinets look wonderful and the paint does too but it definitely took a lot of blue tape and multiple walk thrus. This may not have had to happen had a crew leader been onsite the entire time so I don’t know what a normal project completion looks like. They have agreed to pay for the floors to all be professionally cleaned which I appreciate but the additional clean up in our house has taken 20+ hours because of all the dust everywhere. Though it took twice as long as expected we are pleased with how everything looks.

We had them paint our kitchen brick walls, cabinets and laundry cabinets. It was time sensitive and they work to get it done and get it done right.

I had them come in a do a simple cabinet paint project. Even though it was a small task, they still gave it a 110%. Cabinets turned out amazing!
