If I could give them a Zero, I would. Stay FAR away from this company, you will be sorry you did business with them. We hired them to build a very large wall unit that included an entertainment center, bar, shelves and cabinets. We also had a large small appliance cabinet built for just under $5,800. The work was to take 5-6 weeks, it is now 15 months later and it is still not complete. The owner is very good at telling untruths and when you point things out he makes it seem like you're complaining. Long story short, their work is substandard, I have pictures of the split wood, nails shot through pieces they shouldn't have been, poor paint and staining. I submitted a complaint with the BBB and my submission contained 248 pages of documentation. His workers even confirmed some thing we complained about being things many customers complain about. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere so you don't end up feeling sick to your stomach every time you look at the work they do.

On July 7, 2020 we contracted with Construction Concepts to drywall, texture, and prime three rooms in our house. As soon as the work was started I saw many examples of poor quality work. I called the business and expressed my concerns. I was told that the work was good enough and all the problems would be covered up when the job was finished. After allowing them to continue I called the company again after the next days work and expressed my dissatisfaction. I was again given excuses for the poor quality and assured that they would "mud over" all of the issues and the work would look fine when complete. Each time the owner agreed with my concerns and said the issues would be addressed, or tile me that I was wrong to complain about the issue, They were at my house for parts of 4 days, and 2 of those days were spent attempting to correct problems that I pointed out as unacceptable. After the 4th day I told the owner that I would not allow them to continue working, as it was obvious to me that they were not able to do the work properly. After attempting to reach a settlement with the company I was told that the contract stated that all deposits were non-refundable and accused of having buyers remorse. I paid $2368.00 up front of a total $4368.00, and the business has now stated that I will not be receiving any sort of refund. I have never seen such terrible work done. It was truly mind boggling how incompetent this company is. This guy is a con artist. BUYER BEWARE.
