Our goal with every inspection is to educate the client and provide peace of mind. By encouraging our clients to join us during the home inspection, we make sure they are learning all we can tell them about the home and the systems that make it work. That is why we perform most of our inspections in the evenings and on weekends to make it easier for the client to participate. We make a commitment to continue that education with 1 year of free phone consultations after the inspection. Peace of mind comes through this process of learning and is furthered through all of the added services that come included with every inspection. RecallChek looks for recalled appliances and provides information on how to get them replaced free of charge. A 90 day warranty and SewerGard warranty protect our client's investment after the inspection by offering warranties on the building and mechanical systems, and water supply and waste pipes leading from the home. A HouseFax report is also included with the home inspection and gives the client all the public information available on the property so they know what the property has withstood in it's lifetime. Lastly, Insightful Home Inspections has partnered with Residential Warranty Services and their affiliates to provide our clients with discounted alarm services should they choose.
