Robert Viars is a crooked guy. Hit my vehicle in Abington. Police report states he was at fault. Tells Erie insurance his insurance he didn't. He even told officer Roark he was at fault. What a criminal. Had to file with my insurance. Why someone would trust him at them house, I would not. So that is the story. This happened on 8/31/2021 you get get a copy of report at police department of you don't believe me it is public record. This guy is scum of the earth. People are so bad these day!!!!
