Andrews Masonry

I am beyond frustrated with the appalling service I received from this so-called masonry company. From the start, communication was a nightmare. I could never get a clear answer, and every time I tried to reach out, I was either ignored or given vague responses. It felt like they had no interest in actually doing the job properly. When they finally did show up, the work was absolutely horrible. The quality of the masonry was so poor that it was evident from the start that they either didn’t know what they were doing or simply didn’t care. The work was sloppy, uneven, and honestly looked like it was done by amateurs. To make matters worse, they tried to deceive me by pretending the job was done well when it was obvious they had cut corners at every opportunity. The employee was downright rude and condescending when I expressed my concerns. Instead of addressing the issues, they acted like I was the problem and tried to brush me off. All they seemed interested in was taking my money, and they didn’t care one bit about delivering any kind of quality service. This company is a joke. Save yourself the trouble and find someone professional who actually cares about doing a good job. I wouldn’t trust them with anything, and I certainly won’t be recommending them to anyone. Stay far away from this company if you value your time, money, and sanity!

Bob Andrews is a good mason but is extremely difficult to reach by phone (doesn’t seem to check messages) and claims to not have any email. People should know this going in and be prepared to invest significant time whenever they need to contact him, even after work has begun. His prices are better than competitors.
