Deck - N - Things LLC

Do not fall for this company, unless you want to deal with a rude owner and to wait for a year and end up with a poor service. It took 5 months from the time we paid for our deck and the deck is still not finished. Our neighbors paid half the price of our project and had their deck installed within 3 days by a different company. After we complained to the owner, instead of resolving issues, he became confrontational and argumentative and informed us that customers have no right to dictate anything and/or should not be present during the project at all. The way this company does business is it takes Lowes installation orders and steal materials from the site (first thing). Then, they use those materials to work on "materials included" projects while the Lowes customers wait for months (since they already paid ahead for their project). They use workers from other States (who seem hard working, but oblivious, because they probably work without a license at all). They are not physically here for any inspections and none of the plans or the specifications prior to the start of the work match what you end up with. I do not understand how this company is still in business.
