Casey's Painting

DO NOT USE. Casey's painting painted my home windows. They started to look bad soon after. I called back and wanted them to repaint, I added the entire home to the job. I didn't realize at the time that their warranty covered the poorly painted windows. They didn't offer to tell me either. So I paid for the home and the windows (again) to be painted. Casey supposed to have a 5 year warranty at the time. Initially it looked good but within a few months the windows started having issues, on multiple windows and on the outside railing also. Peeling. Not the wood. Just poor prep work. So recently I asked for a quote to come paint these rails and windows again. They said it was covered under warranty since it had been less than 5 years. Well, they painted the railing, over the poor prep but now that the windows have damage from poor prep, they are blaming it on me somehow and will not pay for the repairs. How is it my fault? There is way more to this.....I will never call them again. And, I already called two of my friends that I had recently referred Casey's painting to and apologized for referring. Ridiculous!
