These types of agreement fosters a conflict of interest between both parties. It seeks to advance one side of the transaction at the expense of the other. We prefer to operate under a “Good Faith Estimate”. Our agreements facilitate a partnership that strikes a balance of benefit. Through processes such as value engineering, design-build, and digital material take-off we can optimize quality and value with our clients. We are unashamedly in business to make a profit and we will make that profit by serving our clientele to the best of our ability, with honesty, integrity, and transparency. These are the biblical principles we are founded on. We strive to exhibit these in everything we do.
