Set in the Lakewood neighborhood of Dallas, this dramatic hillside property sits on one of the most picturesque streets in Dallas. This property featured a new driveway approach to the front motor court along with a grand walkway approach from the street up to the front door. In the rear garden, the owners wanted to create a New Orleans feel with a stone retaining walls and an intimate seating area outdoor cooking area and fire place all beneath a shade structure. A fountain feature and waterfall was created adjacent to the seating area to provide an intimate feel and the ambiance of the sound of water.

Located in the prestigious Town of Higland Park, just outside Dallas, this French styled property features aspects of both Country French style and formality. The front garden features an internal lawn with symmetrical walkways that curve around to the front porch and balustrade. In the side courtyard, a decorative fountain element accents this intimate space with wonderful tumbled bluestone paving detailing. In the rear garden, a raised formal pool anchors the space and features an antique French wall fountain element that spills into the pool. The brick perimeter walls feature lush landscaping, climbing vines and screen trees to enclose the garden and provide screening for the view from the house and upper balconies. Highland Park, TX

Completed in 2003, this garden in Highland Park, Texas featured a dramatic transformation into a wonderful intimate garden. The existing pool was renovated with all new coping and stone veneer and an end portion of the pool was enclosed to create a koi pond with aquatic plants. A glass panel was installed between the pool and koi pond to allow the swimmers to submerge themselves and see into the koi area. The rest of the garden featured lush landscaping which included shade loving plants and mint was planted in between the step stones for a soft feel. Materials used Pennsylvania bluestone (tumbled), limestone, decorative wrought iron, brick, fountains, azaleas, etc.

This formal garden in Highland Park, Texas features an expansive pool and side garden. The front garden features a circular driveway approach to the front porch. The Through side decorative garden gate, you can get a glimpse of the classical fountain and custom shade structure with cast stone columns and hanging baskets filled with flowers. Other design details on the project include a luxury pool with fountain jets, screen trees, Pennsylvania bluestone paving and steps with Mexican beach pebbles.

Located in the Preston Hollow neighborhood of Dallas, Texas, this project creates a welcoming driveway and arrival area that leads to a relaxing outdoor living area with natural pool shape with bluestone decks and unique boulders. The garden also features a covered pavilion, fireplace, decorative iron gates, steps stones, lush landscaping and shade arbor.
