Customer service and attitudes were terrible. In the store they told us to look around but did not point out the differences in any flooring and continue to try to walk off every time we had questions. Their prices were double and even triple that of Lowe's. We could not get an estimate from them after several weeks, and then got a nasty text back when we can point. We used someone else. They were terrible.
