I would give 0 stars if I could. I don't recommend doing business with this company, but if you do, don't pay until the job is completely done to your satisfaction. Look up PGI's Yelp reviews. Travis Pagaduan the owner took money from my mother who is a retired citizen and then cashed the check and never returned to do the job he committed to. He has said he would come multiple times and then never showed or provided an explanation. PGI has one complaint filed with the State Regulation Complaint Office and 2 complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau. Research it yourself. The address listed for PGI is not a business.
