I am extremely disappointed in the quality and workmanship of a deck and stairs they did for me this summer in Cleveland. They used substandard materials and the workmanship is not even. The rails are loose on the stairs. I had to pay someone an extra $300 to replace siding - a 5 year old could have painted better the siding they replaced as part of a job and the siding was basic beige. Nice guys but quality and consistency lacking. Also, the price quoted was for a much larger deck and landing on stairs than what was built with no savings - they were to compensate with gate work, which was not done properly.
