I called several different companies in the area yesterday looking for someone to come drain out and clean the two hot water heaters in my home. When I was speaking to Ms. Catrett, she was friendly, polite, honest, respectful, and very helpful in all matters discussed. She was able to get someone out within a few hours to address my concerns. Grey promised to return the following morning at 8:00 am to do the job. Grey arrived on time, showed decorum, was professional and respectful. I am very pleased with his work ethic and quality of work completed. He didn't waste any time in finishing the job in an efficient manner. Well done young man! If I have any future issues with plumbing, I am calling you folks! You are one of the few companies in the Albany area that keep your word, show up at the scheduled appointment time and value my time as well. I highly recommend Southern Services to anyone that is in need of plumbing work/repairs to be completed
