Newsome Construction Rob Newsome

I called Rob Newsome and he called me back same day to discuss my issue. He was professional and courteous and offered simple tips that I can try prior to dispatching an electrician. Unlike other companies, Rob allowed me to describe my problem in detail and explain what I have done to try and fix it. I know I'm no electrician so it goes without saying that electricity is out of my league. However, Rob did not cut me off mid-sentence to gloat about he past experiences or his knowledge. Instead, he listened to what I have done so far as a "novice" and provided additional guidance. As a Service Manager, his professionalism, response time, and service skills was highly appreciated.
