Everything that is entered into the client portal pops up immediately in the software that is used for daily operations so that we can handle requests in real-time. As the owner I am personally involved in the day to day activities of the company. My shirt stays soaked in sweat through the warm season, and I stay wrapped up in the winter. I have added the new customer relations features so that I can stay in the field working as much as possible. I want our services, billing, and customer relations to be hassle free.
