I've used them twice. The first time was excellent, they did a great job on the back glass of my Grand Cherokee. The second time was a back window on my Toyota Tacoma. They did a terrible job on this one, the window was not installed properly and leaked profusely when it rained. I took it back to them and instead of removing it and reinstalling it properly they just pumped more caulking into it. It still leaked after their attempted fix. I ended up having to take it to a professional back in Virginia that I know and trust to get it fixed properly. I ended up getting a new window again because the one that this company installed was inferior quality and ill-fitting. I will no longer recommend them and will not be using them again.
