We went through home owners insurance to get our drywall and carpet fixed after experiencing some water damage in our home. Insurance paired us with Perry Electric because they were their "Preferred Contractors". They came out initially to assess the work that needed to be done - They would then proceed to send one guy out multiple times to "see what needed to be done before never doing any work. It then took them over 7 months to finish replacing a small amount of drywall and my carpet by dodging phone calls and leaving voice mails occasionally to tell me that they "ordered things they needed" before ghosting me when I called them again. I went on for this full 7 months having difficulty getting a hold of them until I finally reported them to my insurance. I got a text from the contractor 2 minutes after reporting them and then the work was done the next week after my carpet "suddenly got delivered to the store" so they could then install it. Throughout this process I was told I was not allowed to call contractors directly and the front desk never had any information to give me. These people did not care about actually doing the work after my insurance paid them and they proceeded to ignore me. Go anywhere else to have your work done. These people are shady, unprofessional and unreliable. This is the easiest 1 star review I have ever written.
