Joseph from JTR came out to my home for a warranty claim on my electrical panel. He was rude and condescending but seemed real knowledgeable. He advised me that my home was wired incorrectly. He also advised me that my solar panels were setup incorrectly. He then went on to tell me that he would describe in his findings that my home needed to be rewired. So I payed him his service fee and then didn't here from him for over a week. I then get a call from him giving excuses as to why he hadn't filed my claim yet. He finally files my claim and then only states that the solar panels were wired incorrectly so my claim was denied because stuff like that is not covered on my warrant. Of course he won't respond to my phone calls. So long story short I had to file another claim and have another Electrican that knows what there doing come out and recheck everything. Don't use this guy or his company they have horrible customer service and he obviously knows how's to manipulate the warranty system.

As part of my AHS warranty, I was assigned JTR electrical to repair the non-working telephone lines. I was contacted by email and an appointment was set for 11 October 2021. On 01 October I got a call from Joseph saying he was in town and could come over now for the appointment. After spending 10 minutes walking around he said he would have to come back on the 11th with his tools because they were "too valuable to keep in his truck". I agreed. I was contacted by AHS on 05 Oct notifying me that because of "an act of god, natural causes or the house settling" (all same clause), my claim was being denied. Given the fact my house is only 4 years old and there are no signs of settling (cracks, leaning, etc.), Joseph clearly knows the "system", wrote his report and kept the $100 without having to do any work.

We were assigned this company by American home shield. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Joseph the owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. Immediately he started talking about putting holes in my walls (said he's not a dry wall guy and couldn't fix them) later found out from ahs they'd send out another company to fix his holes but he never said that. He also immediately started talking about likely additional and out of pocket expenses. He was so rude and condescending that I told him to leave my house. I reported him to AHS and requested a new electrician. They got it set up immediately. His office manager called me about an hour later (call lasted 44 seconds) apparently he claims I was abusive, rude and belligerent towards her when all I told her was I didn't have time to discuss the issue and I'd return her call in the morning. Later in the evening he had the audacity to email me accusing my husband of attempting repairs previously and screwing things up (we just barely bought this home not even a month ago). In his email he made up tons of lies to try to cover up and make excuses for his bad behavior. He also told me I needed to grow up. Joseph is incompetent and unprofessional. He needs to lose his licensing.
