I would leave them -5 stars if I could. I worked for red Mountain services for one day. We started off at Walgreens on Wyoming and Montgomery we as in me and the owner Rick. The problem was a drip system leak. It was a poly line that watered one plant. I thought simple $20 fix as I am an experienced maintenance manager. Rick left me there and said he would be back. He came back with a tractor and started digging a hole 6 feet deep and 4 feet wide. Rick went to his trailer and pulled out pvc pipe broke it and instructed me to stick them in the walls off the hole on both sides. Then Rick grabbed water from an outside water source. Put the water in the hole and called the manager to see that a line was broken. He charged Walgreens $6000 dollars for labor and materials. Then I was already talking to my girlfriend and was telling her I am not working with this guy anymore. So when we drive off he pulled out pills and started snorting them I was in shock. I told him leave me here. He did. Just wanting to let people know with this company is about.

Had a slight hiccup with scheduling. But the owner rectified it, came out, completed the job, with new parts, in well under the median price range for the job. Think I've found my "plumbing guy".

Red Mountain was recommended to me by a neighbor for a leak near the meter box. They are affordable and responded urgently. Great company with a strong customer service background. Work stayed very nice as well. I grew up a ton boy and helping my dad, so he also approved of it when he saw how clean the work was. 5/5.

My parents live in Albuquerque, and are in their 80s. (I live in Denver).They had a horrible leak that we've been dealing with for 2 years. A couple other comapnies had been very dishonest and costly. Red Mountain Services owner came out and helped my parents resolve their issues within 2 days. And was extremely affordable (about half the other guys). The best company in Albuquerque for plumbing hands down.
