Poor customer service. I asked for a quote for two store front windows. The tech came out to measure and had no idea what load bearing or structural meant when it came to how to properly frame the windows. Two weeks later I still haven’t received the quote. I called three times over 10 days and each time I was told that they will have the quote to me in 30-45 mins. Finally, I was told it’s too hard to write up a quote because they have other work to do, like answer phones. I flat out gave up and went to another vendor. Albuquerque companies are hit or miss on customer service. This one is a huge miss.
