| Driveway Reconstruction | Jan 2014 | Tore out an existing driveway, that was cracked and pealing up. Replaced with brand new concrete, with rock underneath, and put in reinforcing rod. When tearing out the old driveway we went to far into the street, and put in six inches of asphalt at the end of the driveway. | Driveway Reconstruction | Jan 2014 | tore out existing driveway, and added an additional ten feet to the south of driveway, for a parking spot. One problem encountered was the driveway was completely flat from the garage to the street, so we suggested putting a drain with a grate over top of it right in front of the garage, to keep water from running into the garage. The homeowner thought this was a good idea, and the problem was solved.
