Please avoid This company and his Owner Anthony Wallace. I hired Anthony Wallace in August to replace my Air conditioner unit. He told me to give him $900 to orders the parts. I sent him the $900.00 and i was guaranteed the work would be done in less than seven days. I contacted Anthony Wallace to give me updates about the parts and date of installation. He told me that he didn’t have a exact day for the installation because the weather, then he was looking for a a helper and other excuses. I asked for a refund he agreed to refund my $900.00 but has not yet done so. It’s been more than 2 months since I am asking for my money back. Again avoid this company if you don’t want to loose your money.

If I could give it a -1 I would. This man came out to my house and told me a I needed to replace a motor piece for my AC. Hassled me to give him half the money ($400) to order the parts. This is while it was 90 degrees out. I made the deposit on a Thursday and was guaranteed the work would be done by Tuesday. I reached out on Monday to verify and he could assure me the work would be completed the next day. I ended up getting someone else - who actually said the whole unit would need to be relaxed because it wasn’t worth it to have it fixed and that the motor parts were very outdated. I requested my refund and it’s been over 4 weeks and he has every excuse to not give me my money for a work that was not done. I will be taking legal action.

I hired Mr. Wallace Back in April to service my HVAC system. Back in April of 2021. He was one of several responses I received through home advisor. We had set an appointment for which he was over an hour late with no prior notice. After about an hour and a half Mr. Wallace finally showed up. He seemed friendly and knowledgeable about the system and stated that the system needed 2lbs of Freon. Mr. Wallace claimed to have put in the Freon but stated he was unable to fully test the system due to the low ambient temperature. Mr. Wallace gave me an invoice with a warranty on the freon. About two weeks later the weather became warmer but the system still did not work properly. I promptly called Mr. Wallace at Good Temperature HVAC and left a message as well as text. Mr. Wallace was uncooperative in scheduling a visit to RECHECK the system. With several days of Hot weather, 5 days, and an unresponsive HVAC tech I was forced to hire a second HVAC tech to check the system. Upon inspecting the system the tech informed me that the issue was due to “Low Freon” “2lb” to be exact. After the tech filled the system with Freon he was able to test the temperature at the register to determine that the system was working properly. The system has been operating properly perfectly since then about 3 months ago. I immediately contacted Mr Wallace and asked for a refund. After so many excuses he agreed to refund my fee but has not yet done so after three months. Home advisor and angi’s list has contacted him as well in an attempt to help resolve this conflict. At Best Mr. Wallace is just made a mistake and did not put the freon in the system. Refused to honor his own warranty and now refuses to refund my fee despite promising to do so. I cannot and will not recommend Good Temperature HVAC by Anthony Wallace if I could give a -* rating I would.
