ABC Computers Repair

10/18/2020 - Walked off of the job and never completed the repair. Has not returned phone calls. I am going to contact the City of Alexandria Department of Consumer Affairs, check on the status of their business license and file a complaint. 10/20/2020 - A disgruntled computer repair person not a patient. He wanted to be paid in advance and then did not finish the work he agreed to do. My fault for paying him most of the money before the work was finished. If he really wanted to resolve the issue, he would return my phone calls, set up an appointment for a service call and complete the work. 10/22/2020 - I contacted Dell, bought a 16GB memory stick, watched a six minute video on YouTube, then upgraded my new computer and finished the installation myself. Do not waste your time and hard earned money on ABC Computer Repair, they are undependable, not concerned with creating a good customer experience and really let me down.
