update 2/20/21 - a police report has been filed with carpentersville police for harassment & intimidation against serge laptev (owner of euro plumbing) police report #21-1950 serge laptev text message me while out for dinner with family and friends last night. i asked him to stop 2-3x. he then called me 11x in a 20 minute span around 10pm. he then started texting me again this morning and would not stop so i requested a restraining order against serge. please avoid the same duress my family and i had to endure with this company.
