Holt Construction

BEWARE: Mr. JD Holt took(stole) my down payment and never returned to do the job. After a year and a half I am now in a small claims lawsuit with him. Over the last year he has not returned my texts nor responded to voice messages. Mr. Holt is very unprofessional and untrustworthy. He gives all contractors a bad name. As a sidenote the address he has listed as 906 W. McDermott is a strip mall that has restaurants/retail and a UPS store among others but there is no Holt Construction; if he has a PO Box at the UPS store make sure you verify as I had to pay to track down his residence for the lawsuit. I would not recommend Mr. Holt. Mr. Holt when you read this you should be embarrassed by your professional work ethic- stealing money from people under false pretenses is shameful. I just wonder how many other people got taken by you ...so sad.. i'll see you in court.
