When a water leak drenched our house, we were concerned. But PuroClean of Allen eased our minds. They made the water clean-up quick and easy. They arrived fast, assessed what we needed and they handled it. Their techs were super knowledgeable, prompt and answered all of our questions with a smile. They did everything they could to minimize the damage, like it was their own house. They took pride in their work, and they cared about what we were going through. Ben and the team at Puroclean did a fantastic job mitigating the water damage to my home due to a major water leak under the foundation. Gerry and team took such good care of us after the water heater flooded our home. He was prompt, professional and compassionate to our plight.
