PROTECT ALARMS

We have had the worst experience in our lives with Protect Alarm. The owner made false promises and presented incorrect and dishonest information when singing the contact. Their system set false alarm constantly throughout day and night. We have a little kid. We all have been diagnosed with sleep disorder due to their mulfunctioning system. We requested their alarm to be disconnected after a horrible experience: after a day trip to NYC, we received a phone call that fire department has been dispatched to our house due to fire/smoke. Our two pets were inside the house. Everyone in my family rushed back and drive for 2.5 hours to only find out that "Protect Alarm" is mulfunctioning again. This was the second incident of its kind in a few months. Everyone in my family was stressed out due to these situations. Their team had been over to fix their system; nothing changed, but they sent us a huge bill. Now instead of being ashamed of not delivering what they promised and reimburse us for all the trouble they have caused us, they are threatening my family that they will sue us for an unpaid bill (the system has been disconnected for two months). I'd be happy to pay for a working system, not for an absolute failure. WARNING: Avoid their dishonest service by all means! Our family members have been diagnosed with sleep disorder due to loud false alarm "noise" generated by their mulfunctioning system in midnights.
