I will also provide you with a comprehensive on-site computer generated report with photos, which includes is a WDO/WDI (wood destroying organisms or insects) report, sometimes called a termite or pest & dry rot report. Your report is handed to you at the end of the inspection in a binder, along with other information and helpful tips regarding your future home.
