My awful experience with Superior Solar. At first, I decided not to put a review because I don’t like to hurt businesses. I understand many workers don’t have anything to do with the practice of others. Until I get a call from a collection office because I owe $4K after cancelling out a deal in where you clearly were at fault and caused me to lose the trust on the company. I decided to start the process the first on December 2017. Did a pre-approval for the amount of the whole system plus the installation. Everything was perfect. Passed December, then in mid-January I called the Mr. T (seller) to ask the latest status and asked for a physical paper that clear explain their warranty policies. All Mr. T said was I promise that later today you will get that information and very soon you will get your solar setup. Then days keep passing by and I keep contacting him for status and for a copy of the warranty papers. The pre-approved loan expired so I needed to re-apply again. Mr. T said that he called the lender and that I didn’t need to re-apply but at this point after so many broken promises and didn’t believe a word of him or the company he represents. Then in April, that is right guys in APRIL 2018. I get a call from Superior Solar to schedule an appt for the installation and I clearly said no thanks don’t want them. If you were in my position that you were requesting some simple papers, you are the one doing the follow up calls and the exaggerated long wait. What would you do? We are talking of 10 of thousands not a few 100s. Can’t really imagine how bad the service will be after you get paid and all the money is on your pockets. They even tried to buy a good review by offering a cruise trip to me. **That explains all the fake good reviews.** What makes me more furious is that the seller clearly said to me that I won’t be responsible of any fee after cancelling the contract that was his fault. But then a collector keeps calling me. This is the best proof of how shady this company works and they can’t even back up their own word. Potential future customers beware and don’t even consider them. I’m saving you from a stressful experience. Florida has lots of other companies. And for the Superior Solar representative that likes to answer these reviews a few recommendations 1. Back up your word. 2. Hire someone that keep up to date the customers in queue waiting for the installation. 3. Don’t lie. Just tell them right away the truth. For example: Your county works slow, and it will probably take a long time to get permissions. Don’t wait to say this the last day to inform this.

Superior solar did an exceptional job. Very professional and experienced. I am very satisfied with the outcome. I am glad i went with this company. Thank you for a job well done

Superior Solar is a very professional company. Twelve years ago they installed my pool solar panels and I have not had one problem. Their representative, David Spanier, was the ultimate professional. He was extremely informative and walked me through each step on how the work would progress. The process was exactly how he said it would be. The project went smoothly and the workers were very courteous and informative on how to use the system efficiently. I am getting a new roof and will need to have my solar panels removed quickly and placed back on after the roof when the roof is completed. I was so impressed with superior service before, I reached out to them again to get the work done. I was very surprised and relieved to see David Spanier was still working for the company. David said he would make it happen. With only five days noticed they are able to get the job done. I asked if it was a good time to replace my solar panels. Not trying to take advantage of me, David told me that wouldn’t be necessary, because I have a very good system. After 12 years the solar panels are still going strong. Superior solar is a reliable and professional company with a very good product. -Jim
