Alan S. You forgot to mention the you let the humidity levels get to 70 and 80% I'm the basement . I said I would fix it but to to the work load that I have it would take a while before I could get to it. And that I would have to pull the floor up to the point of separation.

I had some water damage that was covered by insurance. I hired Desmond to do the work, never negotiated his quote and he/his team did the job. It was suboptimal work and he had to come back to finish some of the work done. Few weeks later all the flooring that was fixed, popped and I asked that he come back to fix it. He showed up after many requests just to leave the work undone and his excuse was that it can’t be done. I am left with unfinished floor which I have to hire someone else to complete at additional cost. Very unhappy with the lack of ownership of the work completed and not standing by his work.
