Dave Belding inspected my home pending it's sale. Dave cited a "very serious hazard" and "signs of back draft" on an older water heater. Upon further inspection from Schaal Heating and Cooling, a week later following his report, there is absolutely NO evidence of backdraft or the issues he was citing. While the water heater is older (1998) it is in complete working condition with no issues. This caused stress and concern about an issue that was not there.
