Bob's Rural Garbage Service

I was originally with Keene Sanitation having a dumpster with them before it got bought out by Bob's garbage a few years back. After the buy out I kept the dumpster service and all worked out good until just recently. I had put a little fencing and brush from fence line in the dumpster for pickup, they had always picked it up in the past. This time was different, they did not dump my dumpster. I called and they stated they have a new team picking up trash now and they are inventorying the trash and that fencing and a certain amount and size of brush is not allowed. This annoyed me as in past they has always taken this. I let it slide and the following week I had only one 5' 2x4 in the dumpster that they threw out. Seriously, not going to take a little 2x4? I then decided I am done with Bob's and cancelled their service. I told them why I was cancelling and the rude female on the phone goes it's in the contract we have that you signed. I stated I not sign anything with Bob's, I asked this foul woman to send me a copy of a contract I had signed and nothing could be provided. If they had changed what they will take they need to send by mail or email a listing of all forbidden garbage they will not accept. Bob's garbage is just a sorry sanitation company to deal with, they are quick to get your money and could care less how their service is with you. They will make up any excuse they feel meets that moment or complaints. Their are other sanitation companies to deal with that actually provide a real service professionally. Stay away from Bob's to prevent any headaches and being ripped off in the end. Living out in the country you need real dumpster and garbage service, not Bob's!!!

This is the worse trash pickup service. I have kids and they cuss and don't pickup your garbage. We even watched them this time and called them, owner is very rude and we even called in advance to let them know we had more trash. Was told they never got message and I talked to them on the phone.Dont waste your money you been told😁
