Floor Masters and Construction

Konrad and company has completed two projects for my wife and I, an apartment remodel complete with new bathroom and facilities which let us know that the best work and results were accomplished by Floor Masters. (A one bedroom above our garage) Floor Masters and Construction most recently has installed a new gas fireplace in our living room which he (Konrad) supervised the entire project, bringing in the best people for what we needed. A perfect result and all who see the finished fireplace are literally awe-struck. Top shelf work done here!

We hired Floor Masters and Construction (Konrad, Herman and Ange)l to do several projects for us. This was a major remodel of the kitchen and master bathroom, then they were to remove all the popcorn from the cieling throughout the house and paint the inside of the house, with the colors my wife wanted. We were amazed that Konrad, Herman and Angel were able to start our project so quickly. Konrad was able to get his electrician to start on that first Saturday and they stayed until the job was done. Not to mention that Konrad provides quality work for a great price. If you truly want a job done, let Konrad at it and with him, Herman and Angel working they will get it done. Konrad if felxible enough that if you see another project that you would like to have done while they are there, he will give you a real fair qoute and finish all your projects well before you would think they would be done. My wife and I did the "get 3 to 4 quotes" and are really happy that we had Konrad (Floor Masters and Construction) and his crew do our projects. Konrad took our health concern into account as they planned out each step of our projects. We gave him every challenge I think anyone could, tear out sheet rock, tile, showers, heat duct, out dated electrical and make it all new again. He had his electrician on the job before we thought he could get there, his heating guys had the old duct out and the new duct work in place in just a matter of hours. Konrad had a key to our house so they could come and go as needed. They are very responsible and trustworthy, it was a pleasure having them do our work. Konrad, Herman and Angel great job, we really appreaciate you. We highly recommend them for any job, small or large you will get a fair price and very good work. Let me mention the great job they did laying down over 1300 square feet of tile on our floors, beside the tile for the back splash and walls in the master bathroom. Konrad did a total remodel of our home. He is very professional and a perfectionist when it comes to his work. Our master bathroom is amazing! Our large master bathroom and bedroom have become a welcoming retreat! Our large walk in shower is as beautiful as any I've seen in magazines. Our now open floor plan makes our home inviting and spacious, yet comfy and cozy. We feel very fortunate to have had Konrad do our remodel. And will use him for future jobs.

Konrad remodeled our kitchen, dining room, breakfast area and both of our bathrooms. He turned our 1949 ranch style home into a beautiful modern open floor plan. My wife and I feel quite blessed that Konrad was able to perform the remodel. We could not be happier.
